Official Booking Conditions
Version 5.0 – July 2026 Welcome to Soul Fusion Portugal.
These Official Booking Conditions apply to all accommodation, event tickets, packages and services purchased through www.portugal.soulfusion.online. By paying a deposit, making a payment or confirming a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Booking Conditions on behalf of yourself and every member of your booking party.
1. Definitions
“Soul Fusion Portugal”, “we”, “our” or “us” means the organisers of Soul Fusion Portugal. “Website” means www.portugal.soulfusion.online. “Supplier” means any third-party provider including hotels, apartments, villas, event venues, beach clubs, boat operators, excursion providers, tour operators, insurance providers and any travel or event-related supplier connected with your booking. “Guest”, “you” or “your” means every person included within the booking.
2. Your Booking
The person making the booking is the Party Leader and confirms they have authority to accept these Booking Conditions on behalf of all guests. The Party Leader is responsible for payments, providing accurate information, communicating booking details and requesting amendments.
3. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
4. Balance Payments
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than six (6) weeks before departure unless otherwise advised in writing. Failure to pay may result in cancellation and forfeiture of monies paid.
5. Cancellations
Deposits remain non-refundable. Any refund entitlement depends on the applicable booking conditions. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
6. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory and should include cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings, missed departures, airline disruption, natural disasters, pandemics and other unforeseen events where available.
7. Event Changes & Rescheduling
Programmes, venues, artists, accommodation or schedules may change due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such changes do not automatically entitle guests to a refund.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control including severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, terrorism, war, civil unrest, industrial action, airline disruption or supplier insolvency.
9. Accommodation
Accommodation is supplied by independent providers. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay and any charges imposed by the accommodation provider.
10. Wristbands & Event Access
Official Soul Fusion Portugal wristbands and accreditation must be worn at all official events. Wristbands are non-transferable. Lost wristbands may incur a replacement charge.
11. Boat Parties
Boat Party tickets are sold separately unless stated otherwise. Sailings are subject to weather, Coast Guard approval, vessel capacity and safety regulations. Tickets are non-transferable.
12. Guest Behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest displaying abusive, threatening, violent, discriminatory, dangerous, excessively intoxicated or disruptive behaviour. No refund will be given.
13. Alcohol & Illegal Drugs
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Guests found in possession may be removed without refund and reported to the authorities. Guests must comply with venue licensing rules.
14. Health & Safety
Guests participate in activities at their own risk and must follow all reasonable instructions from staff, security and local authorities.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Fusion Portugal shall not be liable for loss of personal belongings, missed travel arrangements, or acts or omissions of third-party suppliers. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Photography & Media
Photography and filming take place throughout the event. By attending, you consent to your image and likeness being used for promotional purposes. Reasonable requests to avoid individual photography will be respected where possible.
17. Data Protection
Personal information is processed only for administering your booking and delivering Soul Fusion Portugal services in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
18. Governing Law
These Booking Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Acceptance
By making a booking and paying a deposit or any other payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Official Booking Conditions on behalf of yourself and every member of your booking party. We look forward to welcoming you to Soul Fusion Portugal 2027.
