Firstly the person receiving this document is regarded as party leader.
Thank you for booking DEEP IN THE ALGARVE 2023. We’re just weeks away from a fantastic time in the sun. We can’t wait to greet you and your party. This event is almost sold out with only 4 rooms remaining over 4 complexes we’re busier than 2022.

it’s not too far away approximately 7 weeks, so its time to get organised and we need your help.
We have party leader details already, we now need to register the rest of your party for wristbands, lanyards and rooms. This information is required for every individual attending and staying on all resorts and hotels. Event passes, wristbands, Lanyards etc will not be issued without these details and must be worn at all times to gain entry to all parties, any wristbands lost or damaged can be replaced at a substantial fee.

Please complete this document for yourself and each member of your party and return to us as quickly as possible. Once you’ve clicked submit this will register all your party for Deep In The Algarve 2023. Any changes to your party thereafter will incur a charge. Please ensure this form is completed and submitted by Mon 27th March 2023.
